Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy (Short Version):

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email prestigetouchcleaningservices@gmail.com. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items? Email us immediately for help.

Exceptions:

  • No returns on perishable goods, custom or personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges:
Return your item for a refund, then place a new order.

EU customers:
You have 14 days to return for any reason.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 days, contact us.
